Finch Brook Preserve Trail Map

Finch Brook Preserve (trail map thumbnail)
The blue-blazed trail at Finch Brook Preserve winds for over 2 miles through hilly, wooded terrain.

The Wolcott Land Conservation Trust invites you to enjoy a hike at the Finch Brook Preserve, a property of 60+ acres in southwestern Wolcott! At nearly 2.5 miles, our loop trail is part of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association’s Blue-blazed Hiking Trail System and is sure to offer enough distance for an invigorating hike during any season of the year. Those seeking a shorter jaunt in the forest can plan an out-and-back hike, venturing only as far as they please and then backtracking to the trailhead.

Preserve Rules

Finch Brook Preserve is open for hiking from dawn to dusk; leashed dogs are also permitted to join! We do not permit any fires, firearms or motorized vehicles.
